Sell Your Company
Hundreds of Divestitures & Acquisitions
ClearRidge Capital and its Directors have helped hundreds of business owners buy or sell a company. We plan for the sale, prepare the business, create offering documents, conduct a financial review and appraisal, build a financial model, resolve any problems and market the company to a broad range of buyer types. It sounds like a simple process, but every step needs to be considered carefully, executed professionally and completed efficiently.
Market Your Company For Sale
You do not need to hire ClearRidge to sell your company. You can market the business to a few logical buyers, negotiate price and settle on reasonable terms. Call your attorney to handle the purchase agreement and your CPA will handle the books and tax implications of the sale.
The problem is that it rarely ends up being that easy – just ask someone who has sold a midsized company before.
Sell for a Great Price
Businesses are complex and can be difficult to sell for a great price, particularly if you want to keep it confidential, command a high price and get the deal done in good time. Too many business owners learn the pitfalls the hard way and waste a lot of time and money in the process.
Midsized US Companies
ClearRidge has represented companies with annual sales between $10 million and $450 million.
While most of our clients are in the US and Canada, our team also has international experience in 15 countries and across most industries.
Deliver Multiple Purchase Offers
Our goal is to create a controlled and confidential process to deliver a range of competitive bids and deal structures for you to choose from. Once you have had time to consider which deal is best for you, we work to complete the deal with your preferred buyer.
Professional Licensing to Represent Your Company
In addition to their roles as Managing Directors of ClearRidge, Matthew Bristow and Bruce Jones are also Registered Representatives of Burch & Company, Inc (“Burch”), member FINRA/SIPC, which is a federal and state registered broker-dealer. ClearRidge and Burch are not affiliated entities.
In the event that any services provided for our Clients are required by any federal and/or state securities law to be performed by a registered broker-dealer, then such services shall be effected by Burch, in which case Matthew Bristow and Bruce Jones continue to manage the Client project and perform all the services for the Client. All other services will be provided by ClearRidge.
