Market Your Company For Sale

You do not need to hire ClearRidge to sell your company.  You can market the business to a few logical buyers, negotiate price and settle on reasonable terms. Call your attorney to handle the purchase agreement and your CPA will handle the books and tax implications of the sale.

The problem is that it rarely ends up being that easy – just ask someone who has sold a midsized company before.

In addition to their roles as Managing Directors of ClearRidge, Matthew Bristow and Bruce Jones are also Registered Representatives of Burch & Company, Inc (“Burch”), member FINRA/SIPC, which is a federal and state registered broker-dealer. ClearRidge and Burch are not affiliated entities.

In the event that any services provided for our Clients are required by any federal and/or state securities law to be performed by a registered broker-dealer, then such services shall be effected by Burch, in which case Matthew Bristow and Bruce Jones continue to manage the Client project and perform all the services for the Client. All other services will be provided by ClearRidge.
