ClearRidge Capital, a leading Oklahoma provider of restructuring, merger & acquisition and corporate finance services for midsize companies, has expanded its restructuring team with the addition of Patrick Graham, a seasoned professional with industry experience from European and US middle market investment banking and finance.
On January 1 this year, ClearRidge also expanded to 2,000 sq ft of new office space on the ground floor of the Philtower Building at 5th and Boston in downtown Tulsa.
“ClearRidge Capital attributes its growth to the growing demand in Oklahoma for accessing commercial bank lending, venture capital and private investment capital, the need for restructuring and turnaround expertise and advice on acquiring and selling midsize companies in this troubled environment,” said Managing Director, Matthew Bristow.
According to Bruce Jones, Managing Director, “The addition of Patrick to our restructuring team, will further strengthen our company in better serving existing clients, as well as being able to expand our services to the growing Tulsa and Oklahoma City market.”
Prior to joining ClearRidge, Patrick worked for Trigon Group, a full service international investment banking boutique headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. While working for Trigon, Patrick specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions across Europe. His experience included M&A projects spanning the US, UK, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic and Slovakia. In addition to his M&A experience, Patrick brings strength in financial modeling and valuation.
Before completing his MBA and moving to Poland, Patrick worked in Corporate Finance with Level 3 Communications (formerly Wiltel Communications) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During his experience there he held a myriad of different roles within the finance organization. At Level 3 Patrick was responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for a multitude of business units and product lines. He also played a key role in the post acquisition integration of the finance organization.
Patrick was born and raised in Oklahoma. He earned his MBA from Oklahoma State University and earned his Bachelor’s from The University of Oklahoma, double-majoring in Finance and Management Information Systems. He excelled at both universities and now enjoys the challenge of following two rival sports programs.
