Restructuring
ClearRidge is open to receiving resumes from experienced Restructuring Directors looking to join our team. The ideal candidate will already be located and have strong relationships in the Midwest or Southwest, come from a successful and established restructuring practice, with a minimum of 7-8 years leading Restructuring or Turnaround Projects. Ideal candidates would hold the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) designation.

Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance
ClearRidge is open to receiving resumes from experienced Investment Banking, Corporate Finance and M&A Professionals looking to join our team. The ideal candidates will be located in the Midwest or Southwest, come from a successful and established professional practice, with a minimum of 7-8 years leading investment banking or M&A projects for middle market companies. Ideal candidates would hold Series 62, 63, 7 or 79 securities licenses and have an active registration with a federal registered broker-dealer.

Internship

If you believe that you have what it takes to succeed in one of the most competitive financial careers, you want to consider applying for our internship/ career program. After spending years with your head in books, it's time to get real world experience to learn what it’s really all about. You can get a practical introduction to the world of Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring and Corporate Finance to decide if it’s the right career for you.
We typically run an annual internship from August/September each year and will begin accepting applications in July of the same year. Interns will work on a part-time basis, working between 20 and 25 hours per week.
